Tariffs, Import Tax, Duties and Fees

Payment of tariffs, import and customs tax, duties, and fees may be necessary upon package delivery. Dogu tool does not cover these fees, which must be paid in full by the customer.

(Refusal to pay import fees that results in a package being returned to us will not be refunded)

 

 

Countries We Ship To 

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

 

North America: United States.

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

Europe: UK, Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Austria, France, Norway, Poland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal

Asia: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam.

 

We’re working hard to add additional counties to ship to in the future.

 

Kuroneko Yamato (TA-Q-BIN) 

 

Kuroneko, in collaboration with UPS, provides a fast, reliable and cheaper shipping option for customers internationally.

This shipping option, however, is limited to tools without blades or sharp cutting faces due to rules and regulations in place. 

 

All tools that do not have blades like vacuums, blowers and accessories will be shipped using Kuroneko.

Circular saws, hand saws, planers, etc cannot be shipped using Kuroneko.

 

  

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via Kuroneko Yamato-UPS (TA-Q-BIN-UPS) only. 

Other shipping services like DHL, FedEx, Sagawa, Japan Post EMS are currently unavailable and cannot not be used.

Shipments will be forwarded to the destination country’s couriers once they arrive in country. 

This potentially results in multiple tracking numbers issued per package.

Tracking number(s) will be provided after package is shipped.

 

Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on item weight and size.

Shipping costs are based on the TA-Q-BIN rate chart. 

(These rates can change at any given time. These changes will be updated to match EMS and TA-Q-BIN rate charts respectively, and will be reflected on the final calculated shipping cost at checkout. )
