Q: Do the Makita tools sold on your site come with batteries and charger?

A: No, all Makita tools listed are tool only and do not come with batteries or charger.

 

Q: Do you sell Makita batteries?

A: Unfortunately no, due to international shipping restrictions on bare lithium-ion battery packs we cannot ship them outside of Japan. 

  

Q: Why do I have multiple tracking numbers for one order?

A: If you buy more than one item in a single order, depending on the size and/or weight of the items, we may need to ship them as separate packages.  

 

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: We use Kuroneko/UPS only. 

 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Delivery times can range from around 5 days to 2 weeks depending on region.

A: We currently ship to the following countries: Singapore, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam, Spain, Portugal

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, AMEX, JCB, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We do not accept PayPal or bank transfer at this time. 

 

Q: Are you really based in Japan?

A: Yes, we're based and operate out of Japan.
