Certified Open Box (COB)
Certified Open Box products sold by Dogu are new, unused tools that have had their original product packaging opened. They are NOT B-grade, outlet or defective in any way. They are usually overstocked items or surplus stock.
These products are individually hand tested by us to ensure functionality and manufacture spec, cleaned and given a new packaging box.
Products that do not meet this test criteria are never sold by Dogu.
Certified Open Box products are differentiated by the inclusion of "COB" (Certified Open Box) at the end of the product title. All products other than "COB" are brand new and come in their original retail packaging.
